We offer free advise on your designs, to make sure we can achieve the best results from your custom cap embroidery.
Once the quote is approved and payment received, we email visual layouts of your design placements before we start to embroider.
Once the visual has been approved, we move onto test sewouts which are emailed directly to you for approval before production starts.
