Free Design Advice
Not sure if your design will work well on a cap? We offer free advice on your artwork, thread colours and embroidery placement to help you get the best results. Send us your design and we’ll guide you through the options.
Design Layout Approval
Once you’ve approved your quote and payment has been received, we’ll email you a visual layout showing the size and placement of your design on your caps. You can review and approve the layout before embroidery begins, helping ensure everything looks just as you expected.
Embroidery Sample Approval
Once you’ve approved your design layout, we’ll create a test sewout—a stitched sample of your design—so you can see how it looks in thread. We’ll email you photos for approval before production begins, giving you confidence in the finished embroidery.

Online Cap Designer
See how your logo or artwork could look on a custom cap with our online cap designer. Choose your cap style and colour, then upload your design to explore different looks for your business, team, club or event.
The designer is hosted on our My T Shirt Printers website. Click below to open the tool and create your cap mock-up.
Your mock-up is a visual guide. Before production, we’ll confirm your artwork and provide a design layout for approval. For embroidered designs, we’ll also send photos of a stitched sample for you to approve.
Custom Cap Peak Printing
Add a personal touch to your custom caps with under-peak printing, also known as under-visor printing.
From patterns to precisely positioned designs, we offer single-colour and full-colour printing on the underside of your cap’s peak, with a minimum order of just 10 caps.
