Embroidery options for Atlantis Shot S visor
Atlantis specifies embroidery up to 12 × 6 cm on the front, 8 × 3.5 cm on the back and up to 6 × 5 cm on each side. These measurements are useful starting points, but the best size still depends on your artwork and the shape of the stitched design.
For embroidery, we check the artwork before production. Clear shapes and readable lettering usually give the best result. However, very small text can lose detail when stitched. Thin lines can also be difficult. So, we may suggest a small artwork change before production. We can advise on flat embroidery. Also, where the design and cap are suitable, we can advise on raised 3D embroidery.
Raised 3D embroidery needs enough width in the stitched areas to support the foam cleanly. Fine detail is often better suited to standard embroidery. The panel shape, seams and curvature of the cap also affect the practical logo size, so we check the design rather than relying only on the maximum decoration area.
